For fine, thin hair, just a small finger swipe, barely scraping the surface may be all you need. The thicker and fuller your hair, the more "building up" you may do. Please resist the urge to "dig in". Unlike many other products, these ingredients are rich, lush and undiluted. So a little goes a long way. 

Directions, Start with a small amount, incorporating into braids with or without gel as desired. For fine or thin hair, make sure to wash out prior to reapplying. If using for braids, may leave in about a week or so depending on your experience with it before wash and reapplication. May also be used as a natural curl enhancer, leave in or single conditioning treatment & more.
