ORDER AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Q: Where is my order confirmation number and receipt?
A: An order confirmation email and receipt has been sent to the email address you provided.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Feel good knowing, your LeiLovely products are being prepared - and will be shipped out within 2-3 business days.
Q: How can I contact support?

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a hassle-free return policy and our mission is to help you find the products that give you the results you are looking for. Please be advised however we cannot offer refunds on our products as once received, they cannot be reused by another customer. We will offer exchange of product returned is spoiled or severely damaged. Please expect minimal natural bumps from shipping. Our policy lasts 15 days from time of purchase so you have plenty of time to make sure products are not spoiled or severely damaged. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a an exchange on severely damaged or spoiled product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You may contact us at LeiLovely1@aol.com if you have any questions.
INGREDIENTS AND HOW LONG PRODUCT LASTS
Q: What are the ingredients in your lotion bars?
A: All ingredients can be found on the product pages at LeiLovely.com. Generally our ingredients are natural, organic, responsibly sourced and sustainable.
Q: How long does your product last on average?
A: with normal use our soaps will last 1-2 months depending on if you are using it just on your face or your whole body. All of our products are highly effective - a little goes a long way.
A: Our Lip Balms with regular use will also last about 1-6 months as a little bit goes a long way. Please be forewarned though, many people have vigorously used their lip balm to get to their prized gem, or because it tastes so naturally yummy! If this is you, well only you determine how long it lasts!
Q: How long do bath bombs last?
A: Our bath bombs will usually last 1 bath.
STORAGE however can keep them lasting until their use for up a year! They may still be used but you may notice the fizz and or/scent has greatly diminished. IDEA: Some customers have said bath bombs can also be used as toilet cleaner and bath cleaners. We can’t tell you how to use your beautiful bath bombs but we’ll certainly sell you as many as you’d like!
