Amount is +\- .77 oz. Tins are filled by weight not by volume. 

Directions: Start with a small amount and adjust as needed to apply a light layer on skin without rubbing completely in. Your skin will naturally absorb the nutrients while letting the sun enhance it’s benefits. Reapply as needed.
